MNA Labor Relations Field Manager to run for Congress
DULUTH, Minn. – Chad McKenna has announced he will be running for Congress.
McKenna says he’ll be running for Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District – the seat currently held by Pete Stauber.
In a news release McKenna said. “I’m running for Congress because Pete Stauber has stopped working for us – his constituents… He seems more focused on appeasing party bosses in Washington than supporting the policies that matter most to people here at home.”
He currently works as a Labor Relations Field Manager for the Minnesota Nurses Association.
McKenna will be seeking the the Democratic-Farmer-Labor party nomination for seat.
In 2024 Pete Stauber beat DFL challenger Jen Schultz in 2024 58% to 42%.
