Coffee Conversation: UMN’s NRRI Open House to Showcase Innovation
DULUTH, Minn. — The University of Minnesota’s Natural Resources Research Institute (NRRI) is inviting the public to an open house on Friday, July 18, from 2 to 4 p.m. at NRRI Duluth, located at 5013 Miller Trunk Highway (Highway 53).
Jamie Alexander, NRRI’s Director of External Affairs, appeared on the Wednesday morning newscast to discuss the institute’s mission and share details about the upcoming open house.
The event will highlight exciting opportunities for Minnesota to lead the transformation of traditional industries through innovation and research.
Founded by the Minnesota Legislature in 1983, NRRI provides data-driven tools and research to support economic development and sustainable resource management across the state.
