MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.- Just a day after he landed on the Nagurski Trophy Watch list, Gophers safety Koi Perich has now been named to the Jim Thorpe Award Watch List.
The award is given to the nation’s best defensive back in college football.
Perich is one of 35 players recognized on the list.
