Kelly told FOX21, “Honestly I was just so surprised. I was super happy, super proud of myself.  I knew I could do it. It was definitely a little bit of shock.”

If you saw her dive in Duluth, you saw some of what she did in Singapore.

“They saw three of the dives that I competed. Yes. One of them I decided not to do in Duluth. So I definitely think that did help me. Obviously going into the competition I did a bunch of dives there as well.”

She placed second in Duluth, “So I think it definitely set me up for a good competition and made me super confident going into the world championships.”
