Super One Customers Donate Over 22K to Local Vets
DULUTH, Minn. — From June 27th to July 14th, Super One customers helped local veterans by donating at the register, today, Super One presented their check.
Customers donated a total of $22,022.81 for the Local American Legion and VFW Posts.
The pin pad campaigns have been an easy way for customers to support non-profits, who return that support back into the community through their work.
“We’d love for the VFW to expand and get larger and become… we are a community-based organization, so everything we do is community based, and the veterans like to help the community. So this, this is a big deal towards that.” said Allen Young, Post Commander of VFW Post 137.
“You know, stuff like this, what Super one’s doing is helping us continue what we’re doing. And, you know, make improvements to the Post 71 which we plan on.” said Bob Stephens, House Chairman of The American Legion Post 71
The funds were split evenly, with a check presented to each post.
So far in 2025, Super One customers have helped raise over $390,000 company-wide through register pin-pad fundraising campaigns.
