‘Mango’ the Lion Cub Moves into New Outdoor Habitat
SANDSTONE, Minn.– The Wildcat Sanctuary took in a brave little lion cub that overcame loss of family, re-homing, and surgery.
And now, she hit another milestone and moved to her spacious outdoor habitat.
When ‘Mango’ the lion cub first arrived in July, she spent her time in the ‘Catio Town’ to quarantine and get used to her new home.
Behind the scenes, wildcat sanctuary staff has been working on getting a new spot outside ready for her to live.
Today during a live stream, Mango finally got to check out the long grass, new trees, and numerous toys surrounding her habitat.
Mighty Mango wasted no time stalking around the space and checking out her new toys.
