Sheriff’s Office Investigating 3 Vehicle Thefts At Grand Marais Auto Shop

GRAND MARAIS, Minn. – Three vehicles were recently stolen from a repair business in Grand Marais, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office.

The vehicle thefts happened at Tire & Auto Lodge during the early morning hours of Aug. 14.

Two vehicles were eventually recovered after the suspects left them abandoned.

On Aug. 18, the third stolen vehicle, a 2014 Blue Subaru Legacy, was returned to the business during the overnight hours.

As of Monday, no arrests had been made.
