Lynn Reins to become Boys & Girls Club of the Northland CEO on 10/6/25.

DULUTH, Min. – Boys & Girls Club of the Northland (BGCN) Board of Directors has unanimously named Lynn Reins as the next Chief Executive Officer.

Reins will take over effective October 6, 2025.

Lynn Reins entered the Boys & Girls Club Movement as a senior in college, serving as a Youth Development Coordinator at Boys & Girls Club of Franklin-Simpson in south of Bowling Green Kentucky.

Lynn accepted the role of CEO at Boys & Girls Club of Parkersburg, West Virginia in January 2021.

Lynn served on several national taskforces for Boys & Girls Clubs of America focused on advancing Trauma-Informed Practices and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Upon getting the nod Reins said, “The Club has always been more than a job to me; it’s what I am meant to do. I am excited to listen, learn, and work alongside our staff, board, and community to ensure every young person here has the opportunities, resources, and safe spaces they deserve.”

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland serves youth ages 6 to 18 throughout Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. All clubs are open Monday-Friday. Summer hours begin June 12 and run through the end of August. Our six Club branches in Duluth, Superior, Grand Rapids, and Hibbing offer supportive places for kids to learn, grow and play.
