‘Force on Fifth Avenue’ Shines Brighter in Downtown Duluth
DULUTH, Minn. – The skyline of downtown Duluth is shining a little brighter with a new addition to the downtown’s latest housing development.
New signage has been installed on Force on Fifth Avenue‘s building at the corner of 5th Avenue West and Superior Street.
Brian Forcier, president and CEO of Titanium Partners, is behind this private development.
The building now houses 30 furnished units for short, mid, and long-term housing.
The main floor offers 5,000-square-feet of commercial space featuring a lobby and a soon-to-be coffee shop with direct access to an outdoor plaza. One-night stays are also available.
FOX 21 got a first look inside the building at the end of July. Click here for that story.
