1 dead in Ashland County car crash

TOWNSHIP OF CHIPPEWA, Wis. — One person is dead after a single-car crash in Ashland County.

According to officials, the crash was first reported around 10:20 a.m. Tuesday morning on State Highway 13 near Amsler Road in the Township of Chippewa.

Upon arrival, first responders found the sole driver of the car dead.
