SUPERIOR, Wis.- Superior native and current UWS libero Savanna Hering has been named the UMAC Defensive Player of the Week.
Hering had 53 digs this past weekend at the UW-La Crosse tournament.
She and the Yellowjackets also went 3 and 1 at the tourney.
They’re next in action this weekend, hosting the Stinger Classic.
