HERMANTOWN, Minn.- In a battle of 7AAAA heavyweights, Grand Rapids reigned supreme over Hermantown on Friday night.
The Thunderhawks handed the Hawks their first loss of the season, 34 to 20.
In other Minnesota action, Duluth East played unbeaten North Branch tough. But, they fall to the Vikings, 22 to 12.
Over in Wisconsin, Northwestern is now 6-0 on the season after handling Barron, 62 to 6.
Lastly, Superior falls at home to Chippewa Falls, 35-0.
