#16 UMD Football Celebrates Homecoming with 28-14 Win Over MSU-Moorhead

UMD is right back at Malosky Stadium on Saturday, October 4th, against Southwest Minnesota State. 

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD football team tried to remain perfect on Saturday, welcoming in MSU-Moorhead for their homecoming game.

After the Dragons went down on their opening drive and took a 7-0 lead, UMD’s defense provided a spark for the team.

Brock Unger intercepted Jack Strand and returned it for an 82-yard pick-six to tie the game up 7-7.

The Bulldogs improve to 5-0 after defeating the Dragons 28-14.

UMD is right back at Malosky Stadium on Saturday, October 4th, against Southwest Minnesota State.

Kickoff is at noon.
