A yorkie named Mako, who was also on the plane, was finally found safe after running away from the crash scene.

Kaden Brazinsky, 23, was the pilot of the plane with more than 1,400 hours recorded, and was able to call for Mako near the McGregor school after multiple sightings.

Mako jumped right in the car, according to Kaden’s mother, Kari.  She told FOX 21 it’s a “true McGregor miracle.”

After a trip to the vet Thursday, Mako was given a clean bill of health and was back in the arms of his family.

Both were out of the hospital Thursday as they continued to recover.

The third survivor, Wyatt Sherry, 22, remained in the hospital Thursday while recovering from face surgery, according to Kari.

All three have been miraculously in good spirits, according to Kari.  She said Kaden has already said he will eventually be back in the air doing what he loves.
