Threat against Proctor school was made by students but not credible
PROCTOR, Min. – In the late morning of October 13, 2025 the Proctor School District Superintendent said a recent threat against the school was not credible.
In a statement Superintendent of Schools Tim Rohweder said, “The Proctor Police Department was made aware of and has investigated an incident in which juveniles made threats which were directed at people, some being students, and the school.”
The statement continued to say it was determined no credible threat existed and “Measures will be taken to ensure the juveniles involved understand the gravity of their actions.”
He added there were, “no plan in place nor means available to carry out the statements made.”
