Victim identified in fatal Central Hillside shooting

DULUTH, Minn. — The victim has been identified in a fatal shooting last week.

According to officials, the victim has been identified as  35-year-old Chazz Toney.

The shooting occurred at 12:25 a.m. last Friday, around the 200 block of West 3rd Street.

Officials say no arrests have been made and the investigation remains open. Check back for updates.
