Completion of LNPK Grocery delayed to early 2026

DULUTH, Minn. — The completion of Ecolibrium3’s Lincoln Park Grocery store is experiencing delays, which resulted in a revised timeline that could extend into 2026.

Ecolibrium3 (Eco3) officials say that, due to various snags in the construction process and bringing the building up to code, the store opening is being delayed.

Located at the previous Eco3 office over on W Superior St., the goal of the store is to bring more fresh foods and groceries to Lincoln Park residents.

Once they receive permits from the city, Eco3 says the contractor is estimating a 75-day completion time.
