Section Volleyball: Cloquet & Proctor Extend Seasons with Opening Round Wins

CLOQUET, Minn.- Wednesday marked the beginning of a number of section volleyball tournaments.

In 7AAA, Cloquet began their quest towards a state berth by topping Hermantown, 3-1 in the quarterfinals.

Cloquet will next play at Princeton in the semifinals on Monday.

In 7AA, Proctor held off Mesabi East in five sets to advance to the quarterfinals.

The Rails now shift their focus to Greenway, who they’ll next play on Friday.
