Portion of Highway 2 in Bayfield County reopened after vehicle fire

UPDATE: Officials say all lanes are now open.

BAYFIELD COUNTY,  Wis. — A vehicle fire has closed a portion of Highway 2 in Bayfield County.

According to officials, all westbound lanes on Highway 2 at Tomich Road are closed.

The portion has been closed since 5 a.m., and officials say the closure is expected to last over 2 hours.
