Section Volleyball: Esko Defeats Rush City in Five Sets to Claim First Section Title Since 2011

The scores were (18-25, 25-8, 25-15, 20-25, 16-14)

HERMANTOWN, Minn.- For the fourth consecutive year, the Esko volleyball team faced off against Rush City in the Section 7AA title game.

In a close section title game, Esko defeated the Tigers 3-2 to earn their first section championship since 2011.

The scores were (18-25, 25-8, 25-15, 20-25, 16-14)

Esko will learn who its state opponent is later this week.
