Close race between Clanaugh & Swenson for Duluth City Council

DULUTH, Min. – The race for Duluth’s 4th City Council District was a close one.

David A. Clanaugh challenged Tara Swenson.

Clanaugh won 53% to 46%.

The vote was 2031 to 1737.

Swenson was elected to her first partial term in the seat following a special election to replace Renee Van Nett.
