Big First Period Dooms CSS Men’s Hockey in 7 to 1 Loss to St. John’s

The two teams will meet again on Saturday in Collegeville.

DULUTH, Minn.- The St. Scholastica men’s hockey team entered play on Friday night in search of their 2nd win of the young season.

Unfortunately, a fast start by St. John’s, which included five goals in the first period, helped seal their fate as CSS went on to lose 7 to 1.

The two teams will meet again on Saturday. But, this time it will be on the Johnnies home ice. Puck drop is at 7 PM.
