UW-Superior’s Savanna Hering Named UMAC Defensive Player of the Year

Hering led the team with 37 service aces.

SUPERIOR, Wis.- UW-Superior sophomore Savanna Hering was named the UMAC Defensive Player of the Year on Thursday.

She helped UWS rank 3rd in team digs. Hering also led the team with 37 service aces.

UWS also had four make All-UMAC and one make the sportsmanship team.
