Both UWS Men’s & Women’s Soccer Teams Fall in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament

The men's team faced off against St. Olaf, while the women's team took on UChicago.

SUPERIOR, Wis.- After claiming UMAC titles last weekend, both the UWS men’s and women’s soccer teams kicked off their NCAA tournament play on Saturday.

The men’s team faced off against St. Olaf.

Sadly, UWS’s season comes to an end after falling 3-0 to the Oles.

The Yellowjackets close out the year with a 16-7 record.

For the women’s team, they traveled to the Windy City to take on UChicago.

Unfortunately, the Maroons controlled the game against the Yellowjackets, defeating UWS 5-0.

The women’s squad ends the season with an 11-8-4 record.
