Superior Choice Credit Union hosts Thanksgiving giveaway
SUPERIOR, Wis. — Superior Choice Credit Union gave away Thanksgiving goodie bags Wednesday night.
In every bag there was a frozen turkey, a bag of potatoes, and a can of green beans.
The staff gave out 200 goodie bags to people in need.
Staff said that with the ongoing food crisis, they want to lend a helping hand to the community.
“We’re just hoping to make a difference in people’s lives, I think it’s super important and heart-warming for all of us,” said Bre Wessberg, the Vice President of marketing and engagement.
They are doing a food drive at all of their branches throughout the month of November.
