Former Bulldogs Giguere & Wallin Land on New Teams Ahead of PWHL Season

A total of 15 former Bulldogs will be on a PWHL roster this season.

DULUTH, Minn.- PWHL teams had to trim down their rosters in advance of opening night on Friday.

A couple of former Bulldogs found themselves on the move.

Elizabeth Giguere was let go by the Ottawa Charge. But soon after that, she was picked up by the Minnesota Frost as a reserve.

Also changing teams was Olivia Wallin, who went from Seattle to Ottawa.

Other notable transactions include Annika Linser being released by Toronto and Catherine Daoust retiring after previously being with Montreal.

A total of 15 former Bulldogs will be on a PWHL roster this season. Ashton Bell was even named captain for Vancouver.

Coleraine native Claire Vekich was named a reserve for Montreal as well.
