Hoyt Lakes Fire Department rescues deer on Whitewater Lake
HOYT LAKES, Minn. — The Hoyt Lakes Fire Department was able to safely rescue a deer Saturday.
According to the fire department’s Facebook page, the deer had fallen through the ice on Whitewater Lake.
A crew arrived on scene and was able to safely rescue the animal.
The deer was returned to the wild without injury.
