HIBBING, Minn.– A popular European grocery chain has opened another location in the Iron Range.
Aldi, the budget-friendly grocery store known for its fun finds, celebrated its grand opening today.
The new location sits along highway 169 west.
Shoppers can also enter a $500 gift-card sweepstakes throughout the opening weekend.
One customer shared that she’s thrilled to see this new addition in Hibbing.
“If you watch TV and watch the news, you know that some people are struggling with getting groceries at a good price, and I think Aldi will help that,” said Trish Russ, a Hibbing resident.
The store will be open seven days a week from 9 AM to 8 PM.
