DULUTH, Min. – MadHouse Burgers featuring Chilly Billy’s has announced that it will close its Woodland Avenue location.

In a news release the restaurant said the location will soon become Sabor by Pedro’s,

The owners of Sabor by Pedro’s approached MadHouse Burgers about taking over the location.

The new Mexican spot from the Pedro’s team is promising to, “bring a fresh, vibrant take on dining to the neighborhood, offering guests a new reason to stop in on Woodland Avenue.”

The Chilly Billy’s team wants to bring back favorites and refreshing the experience at the Miller Hill Mall location.

The MadHouse Burgers team is actively exploring new locations to “better fit the long-term vision for the brand.”
