Former Bulldog TE Luke Dehnicke Generating Interest From Division One Teams

In the last couple of days, Dehnicke's received offers from Wake Forest, Arizona, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, and Minnesota.

DULUTH, Minn.- Earlier this week, it was announced that UMD star tight end Luke Dehnicke was entering the transfer portal.

Now, we’re starting to get an idea of where he might be headed.

Dehnicke is generating interest from a number of Division one schools.

In the last couple of days, he’s received offers from Wake Forest, Arizona, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, and Minnesota.

Just this past season, he led the NSIC with 97.6 average yards per game and 14 touchdowns.

He also was 2nd in the NCAA for receiving yards and 3rd for average yards and touchdowns.
