Hermantown & Duluth Marshall Boys Hockey Teams Skate to 5-5 Tie

The Hilltoppers scored three unanswered goals in the final eight minutes and 35 seconds of the 3rd to force the extra period.

HERMANTOWN, Minn.- The Hermantown and Duluth Marshall boys hockey teams remain unbeaten on the young season.

On Tuesday, the two squads played in a back and forth thriller that resulted in a 5 to 5 tie.

Kyler Berg led Hermantown with two goals in the contest.

The Hilltoppers scored three unanswered goals in the final eight minutes and 35 seconds of the 3rd to force the extra period.

Hermantown is now 3-0-2 and will next host Centennial on Thursday.

As for Duluth Marshall (5-0-1), they are at Rochester Mayo on Friday.
