Lutsen Lodge owner out on bail
GRAND MARAIS, Minn. — Bryce Campbell, the owner of the Lutsen Lodge, is out on bail after making his first court appearance.
According to court documents, Campbell posted a conditional release of $100,000.

As part of his conditional release, Campbell has to stay in Minnesota, check in with his probation officer on the first day of every month, not enter bars or liquor stores, and he cannot possess or use firearms or any dangerous weapons.
Campbell’s bail for an unconditional release was set at $500,000
Campbell is being charged with three counts of first-degree arson and one count of insurance fraud for allegedly setting fire to the lodge in 2024.
His next court appearance is set for March 9, 2026
