Marcus Pointer Returning to Huskies for 7th Season as Field Manager

Pointer has amassed 212 regular-season wins and guided the Huskies to four playoff appearances.

DULUTH, Minn.- Marcus Pointer will once again lead the Duluth Huskies this upcoming summer.

The team announced Monday that Pointer will be the team’s field manager for a 7th straight season.

Just last year, the Pacifica, California native led Duluth to their fifth-ever World Series and his 2nd at the helm.

Pointer has also amassed 212 regular-season wins and guided the Huskies to four playoff appearances.
