Northwestern Lineman Finley Nelson Commits to UW-Stout

Nelson was 5th on the team in tackles this past year.

MAPLE, Wis.- Another Northwestern football standout will soon call UW-Stout home.

Tigers offensive and defensive lineman Finley Nelson announced his commitment to the Blue Devils on Tuesday.

Nelson was 5th on the team in tackles this past year as he had a total of 53 tackles and five sacks.

He also picked up all-state honors after helping lead the team to the state championship game.
