Man arrested for murder of Chazz Toney

DULUTH, Min. – The Duluth Police Department says they arrested 32-year-old Branden King for pending charges of 2nd Degree Homicide.
He’s accused of killing 35-year-old Chazz Toney.
Duluth Police say on October 10, 2025 at 12:25am officers were dispatched to the report of a shooting in the 200 block of West 3rd Street.
Officers arrived on scene and found and found Toney deceased from an apparent gun shot wound.
