#8 UMD Women’s Hockey Settles for 1-1 Tie with #1 Wisconsin

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD women’s hockey team was back at Amsoil Arena for the first time since November 22nd on Friday.

The Bulldogs faced off against the top ranked team in the country in Wisconsin.

It was a back and forth battle between UMD and Wisconsin as they eventually settled for the 1-1 tie.

UMD earned the extra point by winning the shootout.

The Bulldogs and the Badgers continue their series on Saturday, January 10th.
