BESSMER, Mich. – Bessmer schools in Bessmer, Michigan will be closed on Monday, January 12 due to a threat.
A statement on Facebook said: “Out of an abundance of caution, at this time there will be NO SCHOOL Monday, January 12, 2026, due to a threat that we received. Nobody will be allowed in either building until it is rendered safe by law enforcement. Thank you.”
