CSS Goaltender Makenzie Cole Earns MIAC Defensive Player of the Week Honors

Cole currently ranks 7th in the conference with a saves percentage of .929.

DULUTH, Minn.- St. Scholastica goaltender Makenzie Cole has earned MIAC Defensive Player of the Week Honors for her efforts over the weekend.

The former Grand Rapids/Greenway standout was stellar in net for CSS in their series against 6th ranked St. Norbert.

She stopped 81 of the 82 shots she saw and had a saves percentage of .988.

Cole also currently ranks 7th in the conference with a saves percentage of .929.

She and the rest of the Saints will next be in action on Friday at home against Concordia. Puck drop is at 6 PM.
