Beseth Claims MIAC Indoor Athlete of the Week Honors for 2nd Straight Week
Beseth swept the throwing competitions at the St. Olaf Invitational this past weekend.
DULUTH, Minn.- St. Scholastica senior thrower Trent Beseth continues to rack up the accolades.
On Tuesday, he was named the Men’s MIAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.
On Saturday, he swept the throwing competitions at the St. Olaf Invitational. Beseth also set a program record with a weight throw of 18.60 meters, which is the 9th best distance in NCAA Division three this season.
He also won the shot put with a throw of 17.41 meters.
This is the 2nd straight week that Beseth has been named the Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.
