Prep Basketball: Hibbing Boys Secure 15th Win, Duluth East Girls Sweep Denfeld

DULUTH, Minn.- The Hibbing boys basketball kept pace in the race for the Lake Superior Conference title by defeating Duluth Marshall, 94-43.

The Bluejackets are now 15-6 and will next play at Cloquet on Thursday.

As for Duluth Marshall, they’ll look to bounce back at Moose Lake/Willow River on Thursday.

In girls action, Duluth East completed the season sweep of Duluth Denfeld, winning 48 to 44 in overtime.

The Greyhounds improve to 10-12 and are at Cloquet on Tuesday.

The Hunters fall to 9-12 and will host Barnum on Tuesday.
