UMD’s Kate Kosobud Named WCHA Defenseman of the Week

Kosobud tallied four points this weekend against Bemidji State.

DULUTH, Minn.- UMD defender Kate Kosobud has been named the WCHA Defenseman of the Week.

This past weekend, she tallied four points total in both games against Bemidji State.

She also ranked 7th in blocked shots.

Kosobud and the Bulldogs will look to extend their winning streak to three games this Friday against St. Thomas.
