Fake bomb threat temporarily sends Hayward High School into lockdown
HAYWARD, Wis. — A bomb threat that temporarily sent Hayward High School into a soft lockdown Friday was determined to be fake.
According to school officials, a report came in that a student had a bomb in the school.
Police were called, and the student was found, and it was determined that there was no threat.
During this time, students were placed into a 20-minute soft lockdown.
The student was removed from school grounds, and officials say they will now face disciplinary action
