UMD Men’s & Women’s Basketball Both Clinch NSIC North Title, Bulldog Women Earn First Round Bye

UMD men to host Minot State on Wednesday in first round of NSIC tournament.

DULUTH, Minn.- Both the UMD men’s and women’s basketball teams claimed the NSIC North Division title this past weekend, following victories against MSU-Moorhead.

The Bulldog women also clinched a first round bye in the upcoming NSIC tournament.

As for the UMD men, they will host Minot State this upcoming Wednesday in first round action. Tip-off is set for 6 PM at Romano Gym.

The UMD women will next be in action on Sunday in Sioux Falls.
