Northern Waters Smokehaus Prepares Easter Hams

DULUTH, Minn.- If you don’t plan on cooking your own meal for Easter Sunday, you can always order one for pick up.
Northern Waters Smokehaus in Canal Park is busy at work preparing smoked Easter hams.
Each ham is Minnesota raised pork with a salt and sugar glaze.
The owner says they’re honored to help provide Northlanders with such an important staple of the Easter holiday dinner.
“We at Northern Waters Smokehaus always enjoy the fact that a lot of our food is used for celebration and so we take that with great honor that we are part of people’s celebrations,” owner Eric Goerdt said.
Employees are expecting to cook and slice over 50 hams in the next three days.
