Teen Accused in Minnesota School Plot Released Wednesday

The Minnesota teen accused of plotting an attack on his high school is headed home.

19-year-old John LaDue will return home to his parents in Waseca Wednesday after a judge determined last month that the teen was no longer a threat to his community.

LaDue completed a jail sentence for possessing explosives in January.  He was arrested in April of 2014 after police found him with bomb-making materials in a storage unit.  Authorities also seized firearms and ammunition from his home.

He will be released from a mental health facility in Minnesota and will continue to serve probation.
