They say coming off last years short summer, many people are trying to get a move on outdoor home improvement projects, like renovating exteriors, adding new siding and new windows.
But if you haven’t started yet this summer, your best bet may be to wait.
“This summer is getting pretty short already, so we’re seeing a lot of people that are saying, ‘Well, let’s get ready for next spring,’ and that’s the smart thing to do,” said Terry Hammack, Co-Owner of Anderson & Hammack Construction in Superior.
Right now, the national average to build a home is $175 -$200 per square foot.
