Recent Rainfall Helps Struggling Island Lake Water Levels
Water Levels See Improvement, Still Remain Below Average

Recent rainfall is helping the struggling Island Lake, that’s now approximately four feet below average.
That’s up from around seven feet below average at the start of June.
Anglers, though, are still being urged to take it slow while out boating on Island Lake.
Most of Minnesota is no longer in a drought.
