Canal Park Brewery Saw Spike in Beer Sales

It’s been two weeks since local breweries opened their doors to selling growlers on Sunday because of a change in state law in Minnesota.

After a weekend full of tourists and marathoners, Canal Park Brewery saw a high number of eager customers coming through their doors. 

“I recognized some people but it’s definitely the tourists trying to take something home with them,” said Canal Park Breweries General Manager, Ian Anderson. 

Nearly 100 growlers were sold Sunday.
