Hanson Is Back In Duluth Mayoral Race

Duluth City Councilor Howie Hanson has thrown his hat in – again – for mayor of Duluth.

Hanson told FOX 21 Wednesday that he’s done some hard thinking since pulling out of the race four months ago.

He says he’s now 100 percent certain he’s in it to win it.

Hanson joins candidates Emily Larson, Chuck Horton and Jim Mattson.
