DULUTH, Minn. — Former Minnesota State Sen. and former Duluth city council president Roger Reinert was in studio for FOX 21 News at 9 as election results were coming in during Tuesday’s election.  Reinert gave analysis on the Duluth mayoral race and council races as results came in.
